Overview

Since 1980s, aquaculture industry has developed rapidly in China. However, in recent years, because of the serious pollution inindustry and agriculture, the development of aquaculture was badly restricted. Faced with worser and worser water environment, relevant scientific department have taked some measures to deal with prevention of fish disease, but it is difficult to improve water quality fundamentally to use traditional water treatment method.

Experiments show that ozone can apply in many fields, such as larval breeding, disease prevention and bacteria disinfection to help solve these problems.

At present, the development of aquaculture is rapid. The disease caused by pathogenic microorganisms in aquaculture has become the biggest risk, and great harm to the aquaculture industry.According to the reasrch, ozone has a strong effect for sterilization and water purification, and is non-toxic and harmless. It is the most ideal disinfection and purification equipment in aquaculture and breeding production.Practice shows that the use of ozone generator used for fish pond in disinfection of water can improve water quality and prevent the occurrence of diseases. Ozone generator has been successfully used in aquaculture process. Using ozone water produced by ozone generator to disinfect  biological egg, aquaculture water and facilites can prevent the invasion of pathogens and prevent the fish, shrimp, crab, soft shelled turtle and other biological diseases.

Treatment technology of ozone generator in aquaculture water treatment: aquaculture system closed circulating water treatment technology is adopted to deal with the water phase, improve water quality, provide excellent growth environment for fish, which process comprises:

1.    Sea water filter: mainly by the micro filtration, activated carbon filter, sand filter to improve the quality of water;

2.    Sea water disinfection: use the advanced ozone technology in seawater, algae killing bacteria, virus water degradation, prevent disease;

3.    Seawater aeration: using oxygen to form micro bubble through efficient ejector, improving dissolved oxygen in seawater;

4.    Seawater heating: by adjusting the temperature of circulating water heat exchanger, provide suitable growth temperature for fish;

Generally, it need to choose oxygen source feeding ozone generator for aquaculture to avoid producing nitrate, for nitrate will be harmful for fish.The fish will produce ammonia that need to treated everyday.

Aquaculture with ozone disinfection, usually to determine the ozone dosage based on the hourly water flow (the hourly water flow of the half capacity of the pool). Fresh water is usually 1000 liters per 0.5 grams of ozone application;

if seawater requires the addition of 1-1.5 grams; The ozone dosage when seedling stage can be reduced. Before the sterilized water back into the pond, the ozone in water must be less than 0.1PPM.
