Explanation of process flow:
Use fume collector to collect the fume of the kitchen, and the flue gas passes through the pipeline to enter the electrostatic fume hood which is a new device. Ozone is a strong oxidizing agent which is environmentally friendly. After mixing with fume after electrostatic dust removal, ozone can decompose harmful organic components in the smoke, remove the peculiar smell, and further purify the smoke. Connect the stainless steel pipe with gas pipe, and then dose with the amount of 3-5mg/m. After mixture of high-speed flow of flue gas and ozone, it takes 3-5 seconds to complete reaction. Then the flue gas is discharged through induced draft fan.
